My work is about being or rather finding yourself in a place that is disarming yet strangely alluring through its mystery and surreality. Willingly surrendering to a scary place. Being free yet submerged in these foreign (yet familiar to our subconcious) surroundings there is a kind of paralysis. We are frozen in time and space but simultaneously able to travel into, or simply allow ourselves to be encompassed by our excitement, peace and fear.
