My work involves small ambiguous environments, urban spaces, communities, gatherings and multiples in variation. I am interested in shape, form and a sense of connection, focusing on relations and interaction through poise, disposition and placement. The paintings explore negative space as form, whilst inviting experimentation, play and elements of chance rhythm and balance.
