I am fascinated by and adore colour, constantly playing with it and searching for new combinations, qualities and surfaces to create paintings that soothe or excite. Weaving layers of rich, translucent colour, these radiant, large-scale abstract canvases evoke coastal atmospherics and elemental inspirations based upon the sea side panoramas surrounding me.
