The work is a response to, and an exploration of the transient and ephemeral nature of our constructed enviroment and the materials that we attract and discard. The paintings shamelessly cross the boundaries between abstract and figurative, painting and collage, mechanical reproduction and the human mark, producing a commentary on the effects of time, decay and human which on our urban enviroment.
