My aim is to give movement and emotion to my steel sculptures which are developed from detailed research or captured from a single moment from observation.

Using standard mild steel which would have had a previous life as one of many day to day things such as cars bicycles cookers cars washing machines which is then melted down by the steel manufacturers and rolled into bars and sheets of stock steel which I find it both challenging and rewarding giving the steel new form and a new life.
